Our approach is straightforward but effective. We rely on trusted IRATA level 3 supervisors to lead our teams, and all of our technicians hold current IRATA qualifications, ensuring a high standard of work, according to our long established and carefully developed working system.  Safety is a shared responsibility, and we foster a positive safety culture through regular open discussion.

Our hazard identification and risk management systems ensure that every member of our staff is sufficiently briefed and trained, assuring that each job is approached with consideration, competence and diligence. We are ISO accredited for our Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health and Safety Management systems.

Every task is approached with a site-specific rescue plan, tailored to the job’s unique requirements. To achieve this, our technicians undergo regular training in various rescue techniques, both in-house and at IRATA industrial abseiling training courses.
