Highline remediated significant corrosion on structural balcony frames of a multi-storey apartment building in Wellington CBD. To meet the engineer's specified surface preparation standard, we designed and implemented a bespoke abrasive blasting habitat that safely contained blasting operations and prevented environmental contamination. The project demonstrated Highline's ability to deliver complex corrosion remediation in challenging urban environments.

Highline completed a comprehensive concrete repair and façade recoating project at Rutherford House for Victoria University of Wellington. Working within a defined budget and programme, our team repaired concrete deterioration, prepared the façade for recoating and delivered a refreshed finish that improved the building's appearance and extended its service life.

Highline partnered with Meridian Energy to repair leaking ballast tanks on TAC84 wind turbine blades at Te Apiti Wind Farm. To complete the work safely, we designed and fabricated a bespoke blade-mounted access system, enabling technicians to carry out in situ Brawoliner repairs using rope access. The project extended the service life of the blades while avoiding replacement.

Highline was engaged by Maritime New Zealand to complete abrasive blasting and protective coating works on the historic Farewell Spit Lighthouse, one of New Zealand's most remote and iconic maritime structures. Working within a protected wildlife sanctuary required detailed logistical planning, environmental controls and careful coordination to transport personnel, equipment and materials to site while preserving this nationally significant asset.
